The rail ladle transfer cart is an electric operated material transfer cart which is powered by battery and running on the rails. Its special is designed for high temperature ladle transport in the steel manufacturing factory.

As the rail ladle transfer carts are equipped with steel wheels and move on steel rails they are suited to very high loading capacities thanks to the very low friction between steel and steel.The capacity load can up to 500 tons.

The batteries are installed in the transfer cart. The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the ladle transfer cart, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward, adjust the speed and so on.

It can get rid of the limitation of cables and remote control, which makes the operation more convenient, safe, which can be applied in long distance rail transit system.
