Brief Introduction --- Steel Coil Railway Transport Cart
The steel coil railway transport cart is an electric driven
material transfer cart which is running on the rails. It is
designed for coil material handling from one bay to another in the
working site.
As the motorised transport carts are equipped with steel wheels and
move on steel rails, and the very low friction between steel and
steel, the railway transport carts are suited to very high loading
capacities.
Working Principle --- Steel Coil Railway Transport Cart
The steel coil railway transport cart is the cable reels powered,
the motorised transport cart gets power AC 380v through the device
of cable reel, and the motor is controlled by the power through AC
control system that make the motorised transport cart to start,
stop, go forward, backward, adjust the speed and so on.
To avoid damage to the cable, add a cable reel as a
retracting/discharging device. Due to the limitation of the cable,
it is suitable for a short-distance rail transportation system, but
its structure is simple and the price is low. Therefore, it is also
a common rail transportation equipment in the workshop.
The power supply can be customized according as your true demands,
such as battery powered, low voltage rail powered, busbar powered,
etc.
